We will happily accept returns and exchanges on unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Once approved, you will be given a Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA#), which must be written on the outside of the package being returned along with your original order number. It is the buyers responsibility for shipping charges and to ensure the merchandise is returned safely. We do not accept COD parcels. We also reserve the right to reject a refund or exchange if we discover during our inspection process that the merchandise has been used.

If the postal service returns your package to us because you gave an incorrect address, your order will be placed back into inventory, and you’ll be issued a refund minus shipping charges. You will be notified of the process by email and will need to place your order again with the correct address.
If the post office returns a package to us as “undeliverable” through no fault of your own, we will expedite you a second shipment and refund any express shipping charges you might have paid for the original order.
If you receive a damaged item, please submit your information at http://returns.fitish.com/ so that we can start the exchange process as quickly as possible. We will send you a return shipping label as well as make sure you receive a replacement product in excellent condition.
